AbstractThe Scientific Committee invites submissions of original work for consideration of presentation at the Symposium. Abstracts must be submitted via internet through the Symposium website for poster presentation. The Scientific committee will confirm the acceptance of the abstract by 30 September 2025.

Letter of InvitationA formal letter of invitation will be issued to registered delegates by the Secretariat on request.  
Certificate of AttendanceA certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates after Symposium.  
Cancellation PolicyFees will be refunded with a 50% refund on or before 15 September 2025.  
No refunds will be made after 30 September 2025.

ExhibitionAn exhibition will take place in conjunction with the Symposium. Interested enterprises are welcome to display their products and technologies. For further details, please contact the Secretariat.
