Letter of Invitation	A formal letter of invitation will be issued to registered delegates by the Secretariat on request.
Certificate of Attendance	A formal certificate of attendance will be issued to registered delegates by the Secretariat on request.
Cancellation Policy	Registration will be completed when the registration fee has been received. The Registration Fee is non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot attend the congress, you may: Transferring to Another Person. Please contact the Congress Secretariat.
Exhibition	An exhibition will take place in conjunction with the Symposium. Interested enterprises are welcome to display their products and technologies. For further details, please contact the Secretariat.
Liability	The Congress Secretariat and Organizers do not take liability for personal accidents and loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurances.
