The Scientific Committee invites the submission of original research and scholarly work for poster
presentation at the upcoming Joint Symposium. This is an excellent opportunity to present your findings,
exchange knowledge, and connect with leading experts in the field.

Submission Guidelines

To ensure consistency, all abstracts must comply with the following rules:

  • Institution: Only 1 institutional affiliation allowed
  • Authors: Maximum of 6 (including presenting author)
  • Title: Up to 40 words
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words, written in English

For research-based abstracts, structure your abstract under these subheadings:

  1. Purpose
  2. Methods
  3. Results and Discussion
  4. Conclusion

Note: All presentations will be in poster format. The presenting author must be registered for the symposium
and must complete payment for the registration fee. Unregistered abstracts will be withdrawn from the
programme.

Abstract Review Process

Each submission will be reviewed by the Scientific Subcommittee based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to one of the symposium sub-themes
  • Originality, clarity, and quality of the content
  • Clearly stated focus reflected in the title
  • Status of the study: In progress or Completed
  • Indication of preferred presentation mode (oral/poster) – note that final decisions are at the discretion of the committee

  • Notification of Acceptance: By 30 September 2025

All authors will receive a submission acknowledgment email. Final decisions on abstract acceptance and
format will be communicated by email.
