This course serves to provide basic knowledge and skills on IVF laboratory management and communication both inside and outside of the laboratory. It includes:

1. IVF lab procedure management
2. IVF lab quality control_ and risk management
3. IVF lab troubleshooting
4. Communication inside of the lab
5. Communication outside of the lab
