StatPgm 5b ii. Receiver Operator Characteristics (ROC) Analysis
The data is a table with 3 columns
Column 1 = value of the test measurement
Column 2 = the number of cases that are outcome positive with that value
Column 3 = the number of cases that are outcome negative with that value
The rows must be in order of increasing test values (column 1)

 High Test Values related to positive outcome Low Test Values related to positive outcome
